Located in a traditional town, Casa La Terraza is perfect for a budget traveller seeking an authentic experience. With supermarkets just a few meters away, it provides convenience and the chance to mingle with the locals. the apartment boasts a beautiful private garden filled with fruit trees, ideal for enjoying a barbecue or simply soaking in the stunning views. Guests are also treated to thoughtful amenities, such as shower gel, coffee, and water, making their stay even more comfortable.
One small inconvenience might be that the bathroom is located outside the apartment, but the private garden compensates for it.

I had such a lovely time staying at Casa La Terraza in Vallehermoso. The location was perfect, right next to the central square and the bus stop, making it convenient for exploring the town and the rest of La Gomera Island. The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, with a spacious kitchen and lounge area. I really enjoyed spending time in the private garden, surrounded by banana trees and other fruits like passionfruit and avocado. It was so nice to be able to pick fresh fruits and herbs from the garden for my meals. The view of Roque Cano from the garden was stunning as well. The owners had left a generous welcome set with fruits, tea, mojo, and jam, which was a delightful surprise. I also appreciated the selection of books about La Gomera that were available in the apartment. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and even though we didn't have much language in common, they made me feel welcome and ensured I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend Casa La Terraza for anyone looking for a comfortable and authentic stay in Vallehermoso.

The room at Casa La Terraza was so cozy and comfortable. I loved the sofa and seating area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The flat-screen TV was a nice bonus too!
Personally, I found the shower a bit small, but it's just my opinion and others may still find it enjoyable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the creative use of space in the basement apartment. The low ceilings added a cozy charm and made me feel like a hobbit on my own little adventure. And even though the bathroom was located outside on the terrace, it turned into a fun little pilgrimage every time I needed to use it.
Bathroom location is inconvenient.

What an amazing place! The owners were so welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home. The apartment was lovely, with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed picking fresh fruits from the garden and were even greeted with a basket of delicious fruits upon arrival. The location was perfect, as there was a fantastic hiking path just a few meters away. We walked to Agulo and easily caught a bus back. Gracias for a wonderful stay!
Although our stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. The apartment could get a bit drafty at times, with cold air coming in through the ventilation windows.

Casa La Terraza in Vallehermoso is a great value for money with comfortable and well-equipped rooms. The location is charming, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local walking options. The staff were super welcoming and helpful, even sending back our forgotten belongings.
Hotel breakfast could be better, maybe with more variety of options.
